Mounting for engine-gearbox unit has mounting element with lower spring rate in region containing small deflections about static rest position, higher spring rate in larger deflection region
The mounting has a first element between the engine and body, a second element between the engine or gearbox and body without intermediate elements and a third element between the gearbox and body. The second element feeds engine-gearbox torques into the body essentially longitudinally and has lower and higher spring rates in regions with small deflections about a static rest position with the engine off and larger longitudinal deflections. The mounting has a first element (1) mounted between the engine (5) and body, a second element (2) between the engine or gearbox (6) and the body and a third element (3) mounted between the gearbox and the body. The second mounting element is mounted on the engine or gearbox and body without intermediate elements, is designed to feed engine-gearbox unit torques into the body essentially in the longitudinal direction and has a lower spring rate in a first region containing small deflections about the static rest position with the engine off and a higher spring rate in a second region containing larger deflections in the longitudinal direction.
