Some rollers (12,13) perform a rotation in a frictional contact with peripheral grooves (7,8,10,11) formed in disks (2,3,5). A high carbon heat resistant bearing steel containing carbon of 0.8-1.5 weight percent (wt.%), Si of 0.5-2.0 wt.%, Mn of 0.3-2.0 wt.%, Cr of 1.3-1.98 wt.%, Mo of 0.3-1.0 wt.% and Si+Mb=1.0 wt.% total with remainder of iron and unavoidable impurity is used for the disk and rollers.
