The junction system for cable mounting is used to join trellis sections (11, 21) which are at an angle to each other. The sections are made up of longitudinal wires (12, 22) and U-shaped transverse wires (13, 23). The outer edges of the transverse wires in the two sections are joined by a belt (31) which curves around the angle between the two trellis sections. A square wire bracket (32) is mounted on the belt at the curve.
