Oven has trays (52, 53) sliding along guiding rails (40, 41). Pyrolysis cleaning cannot start whilst guiding rails are still present in cooking space (2'). Detector are inserted for each guiding rails, and contains detecting lever (48). When telescopic guiding rails are removed from oven, detecting lever is pushed back by electromagnetic spring, and changes position of switch. Pyrolysis cleaning starts when switches detect removal of rails, and closure of door (20). Independent claims are also included for (a) a method for running oven, and for (b) oven.
