PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data center at low costs to users by greatly reducing the costs of construction and operation of the data center and further promote computerization for individuals and enterprises to contribute to the society by greatly reducing the cost of the data center, and further generalizing the data center.;SOLUTION: No new building is constructed for the construction of the data center to achieve the construction and operation of the data center within an existing building, such as in an existing office building.
