PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for decreasing the vibrations of a vehicle body during idling running, without using an excitation machine.;SOLUTION: The sine wave of a frequency, corresponding to the basic wave component of the number of revolutions of an engine detected when an idle state is detected, is formed. The antiphase component signal (3) of this sine wave (1) in the position of a woofer 10, disposed in a position previously determined as the position where the vibrations, can be reduced most with respect to the position where the vibrations are desired to be decreased on the floor panel 8 is formed according to the phase difference Δϕ between the sine wave (1) and the output signal (2) of an acceleration sensor 12.
