PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unevenness of plating adhesion volume in the molten metal coated steel plate and to prevent the generation of alloying irregularities of the coated steel plate of alloying molten metal.;SOLUTION: A cold rolling method of a steel plate stock for molten metal plating using a work roll, whose surface roughness Rz having a processed roll surface by a shot dull work and/or an electric discharge work is 10 μm or more or using a work roll which has a groove formed in the roll circumferential direction, and whose roll surface roughness Rz, namely the depth of the groove, is 10 μm or more, and the groove length L (μm) satisfies the following formula (1), and a manufacturing method of coated steel plate of alloying molten metal treated by heating alloys after performing molten metal plating to the steel plate stock for plating molten metal obtained by the cold rolling method: L10/ (tan α) (μm).........(1) In the above formula (1), α represents a contact angle between the roll and the steel plate stock for molten metal plating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
