摘要

PURPOSE: To make uniform the strength of a reinforced sheet that can be stamped by spreading glass filaments to form a sheet in a thermoplastic resin and dispersing glass fibers of 1-3mm length in the resin. ;CONSTITUTION: A reinforced sheet that can be stamped has a structure in which a glass filament layers 12a, 12b impregnated with molten polypropylene are laminated between polypropylene layers 10a, 10b, 10c containing dispersed glass fibers 11 to form an integrated sheet. The glass fibers 11 of l-3 mm length are dispersed uniformly in the polypropylene layer. Since the glass fibers 11 are dispersed uniformly in the resin without being interacted each other, the distribution of the reinforcing fibers in the sheet is better than that of the sheet reinforced with glass filaments alone to make the strength of the product more uniform.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
