PURPOSE:To easily generate interlock information by expressing plural interlock signals, logic and arithmetic results together as interlock graphic specifications. CONSTITUTION:A graphic style specification preparation part is provided with an interlock graphic style specification preparation function other than a function for preparing a program in a normal graphic style specification form. In the function, an interlock output graphic symbol 1h for indicating the sequence logic arithmetic result of the interlock signals newly gathered by a logic graphic symbol is described. Thus, the interlock graphic specifications 10 are constituted of plural interlock signal graphic symbols 1a-1c, the plural logic graphic symbols 1e-1g, one interlock output graphic symbol 1h and a logic connection line 1d for connecting them. Similarly, the interlock graphic specifications of an automatic activating interlock are also prepared similarly to the interlock graphic specifications 10 of an automatic driving interlock.
