PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize the rotation angle setting when an electronic component is mounted, and the angle setting when the mount angle of a mounted electronic component is inspected, by performing operation and forming angle data on the basis of the input from an input equipment for setting the angle data. ;SOLUTION: A control equipment 102 is provided with an operating part 121 and a storage part 122, and controls the designation of a specific portion and the movement of a cursor, on a displaying equipment 4, according to a signal which is sent from a pushbutton input part 112 and an XY detecting part 113. Further, the control equipment 102 operates the rotation direction and the rotation angle of an electronic component, on the basis of a digital signal concerning the rotation direction and the rotation quantity of a dial switch which is supplied from a rotary input part 111 via an I/O part 114, and displays the results on the displaying equipment 4. The operation of the rotation angle is processed on the basis of operation processing which is previously stored in the storage part 122. As a result, the rotation angle or the mounting angle can be set by rotating an input member, so that operation is facilitated and efficiency can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
