PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete and amend and electronic medical chart while keeping accuracy, and to systematically combine indication on a calendar. SOLUTION: Electronic medical chart data are stored in a memory means, and a change history of the electronic chart is managed by using a file name and the like. According to the change history, indication editing indicating amendment deletion is conducted to the electronic charts. Indication of calendar dates is color-coded into deletion, amendment, and new registration, and these can be indicated in the calendar dates in the order of priority.
