PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease as much as possible the document defining jobs of an operator by displaying a cell group where a common attribute should be registered after discriminating this cell group from others and enabling the operator to perform the correction jobs to exclude or add some cells to a specific cell group on a display screen. ;SOLUTION: An image input part acquires the images which are inputted from a scanner and holds them at an image data holding part (303), and the image data stored in the image data holding part are analyzed at a cell detection part (305). When the detection of a cell is over, the fields are detected and an effective cell group chain is produced (307). When the detection of the field and the production of the effective cell group chain are over (307), plural fields are discriminated and displayed (309).
