SECOND LANGUAGE WRITING SKILL INSTRUCTION METHOD AND SYSTEM, LANGUAGE WEAKNESS ANALYZING METHOD IN SECOND LANGUAGE DOCUMENT, AND LANGUAGE WEAKNESS ANALYZING METHOD IN TRANSLATED DOCUMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method to prompt comprehension of similarities and differences in writing culture between first and second languages by a student to learn the second language. SOLUTION: The first, second languages and the writing culture are specified (S20) and a user text is selected (S30). The text is sectioned, analyzed, structural expression of a discourse is generated (S40), compared with the writing culture and the differences are discriminated (S50). When no other difference exists, a process is completed (S140) and when other difference exists, it is selected (S70). Language weakness is searched based on the differences (S80), when it coincides with the differences, a user is informed of an error (S100), however, correction, etc., based on the language is not displayed and the above steps are repeated if necessary. When the language weakness does not coincide with the differences, explanation useful for the correction of the weakness is displayed (S120) and comparison between the structural expressions of the discourse of the writing culture of the first and second languages is displayed (S130).
