PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods to realize environment for customers to utilize services provided on leased servers and the other network at the point of offer.;SOLUTION: A method to offer related services based on the customers' request via computer network is equipped with an environment reservation step which preliminary reserves a preset environment in accordance with the designated services along with identification numbers and passwords, a sticker distribution step which distributes stickers with the identification numbers and the passwords specified at the environment reservation step to the designated customer, and an opening step which begins the services based on the request made by the customers who received the stickers distributed at the sticker distribution step and would like to enjoy the services.
