PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid cart which facilitates the transferring of bed-ridden persons to be nursed onto wheelchairs from beds.;SOLUTION: In the wheelchair with a detachable seat, the seat is mounted on a strut independent of frames of the wheelchair so as to let the user of the wheelchair rise or fall with an aid of the transfer aid cart while being kept sitting on the seat. In the transfer aid cart, the riding person is lifted utilizing the strut of the seat of the wheelchair to be separated from the wheelchair so that the riding person can be carried and lowered down at a desired location an in reversal, the user already sitting on the seat is lifted utilizing the strut to be carried to a location where the wheelchair exists and can be lowered down onto the wheelchair.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
