PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety pneumatic tire-rim assembly having a simple structure, economical in a manufacturing method and a construction material, impairing no low fuel consumption performance with superior durability at failure time. SOLUTION: A tube 14 is arranged in a tubeless tire 12. When internal pressure of a space 36 between the tubeless tire 12 and the tube 14 reduces, the tube 14 inflates, and supports the tubeless tire 12 from the inside surface side. Since a partition wall 24 for connecting an outer peripheral part and an inner peripheral part is arranged in the tube 14, inflation of the tube outer peripheral part to the tire radial directional outside at air filling time can be restrained, and the part does not usually contact with an inside surface of a tread 18 in the tire, and the tube 14 inflated so as to occupy relatively many parts in the tire can be arranged. Thus, reduction in internal pressure of the tube 14 at tube 14 inflating time is restrained, and car weight can be supported so as not to reduce the durability of the tubeless tire 12.
