PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a radiogram interpretation fee reflecting time needs. SOLUTION: By presenting radiogram interpretation fee information which changes with time to a radiogram interpretation requesting person, the time needs of the radiogram interpretation requesting person are taken into consideration and the request of radiogram interpretation is accepted. Also, since the radiogram interpretation fee is decided on the basis of the time of accepting the radiogram interpretation and the time of ending the radiogram interpretation and a charging processing is performed to the radiogram interpretation requesting person, the radiogram interpretation fee for which the required time is taken into consideration is charged easily for a radiogram interpretation service provider.
