PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents conversion charge accounting system for accounting the conversion charge of contents to a contents provider.;SOLUTION: Contents 51 are stored in a contents server 50, and contents server information is registered in a translation server. The contents 51 in the contents server 50 is selected with a user terminal 60 and displayed, and when the contents 51 is written in foreign language and a user desires to refer after translation into user's own language, by having the user click a translation instruction banner 61 for sending translation carry out request information D to the translation server 70. Translation object content 51 are translated with a translation device 76, and the translated result E is sent to the user terminal 60 via a translation request control device 73. Translation charge calculating/informing device 77 calculates translation charge information C and sends to a contents provider terminal 40.
