LUBRICATING OIL RECOVERING DEVICE OF SCREW COMPRESSOR AND LUBRICATING OIL RECOVERING METHOD USING THIS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction of peripheral equipment caused when lubricating oil leaked out of a shaft seal device leaks outside a compressor body in an unrecoverable operation area.;SOLUTION: Piping is laid from just under a groove part outside of the shaft seal device, and this piping is branched off, and is connected to two places of the suction throttle valve primary side and the secondary side. A throttle means for adjusting recovering capacity, a check means, a recovering vessel for storing the lubricating oil and a three-way solenoid valve are arranged in the middle of the piping to the secondary side of a suction throttle valve. Primary side one end of the three-way solenoid valve is connected to a pressure source, and the three-way solenoid valve is controlled by a capacity control signal of a timer or a compressor, and the lubricating oil leaked out of the shaft seal device is recovered by using pressure of the pressure source.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
