For authenticating a user who uses the Internet site 2, the biometrics information acquired with a biometrics information acquiring device 30 of a user terminal is transmitted to the biometrics certification bureau 1. After being authenticated, the personal information such as transaction information or the like of the user is transmitted to the Internet site and is used for the transaction between the user and the Internet site.
