PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that a supply-side enterprise is unable to efficiently supply articles of high quality to result in an increase in product cost or a longer delivery period and also unable to supply the articles of high quality to cause a decrease in product quality since it is difficult to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the quality of an article to be supplied by a supply- side enterprise which has no actual result of dealings or enough actual results of dealings in conventional inter-enterprise dealings. SOLUTION: An inter-enterprise dealings mediation site is provided on the Internet, and a quality computing program which evaluates product quality divisionally as 'specifications of the product' and 'conditions of the production place' and evaluates and estimates the quality of the product by integrating those evaluation results is provided for an enterprise who desires for dealings through a network. Consequently, the enterprise who desires for the dealings is enable to calculate an index indicating the quality of the object of the dealings and an index showing the capacity level of the enterprise regarding the quality achievement of the object of the dealings, and they can be used as desired conditions of the dealings.
