NOISINESS EVALUATION DEVICE FOR UNSTEADY NOISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noisiness evaluation device for unsteady noise for evaluating nonsteady noise difficult to be quantified as auditory sensation which depends only on the sensation of a human, clarifying the problems of the noise, in terms of the hearing sensation and planning and implementing measures against the noise based on human auditory sensation.;SOLUTION: A sound pressure which changes by each moment is inputted, a nerve pulse (neurotransmitter) changing inside the auditory sensation is computed, and then a pulse feature amount is obtained. Then, noisiness is computed and displayed by a linear expression, using a plurality of the pulse feature amounts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
