PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair remodeling member capable of shortening a construction period and reducing the cost and labor. SOLUTION: This stair remodeling member comprising a decorative sheet stuck to one side of a rectangular woody base material. A grooved bending means is provided on the other surface of the woody base material so as to be orthogonal to a pair of opposed edges of the woody base material, so that one side partitioned by the bending means forms a riser part, and the other side forms a tread part.
