PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet tissue-type liniment capable of sanitarily and pleasantly treating without directly touching the affected part with a finger and moreover excellently applying a medicine to the affected part, an easy-to-use and sanitary packaged wet tissue-type liniment and a method for applying the same. SOLUTION: There are disclosed a wet tissue-type liniment comprising a base fabric retaining the medicine in the state of moisture retension and a packaged wet tissue-type liniment receiving the base fabric retaining the medicine in the state of moisture retension in a packaging bag. The medicine is preferably retained in the base fabric in the state of liquid. The medicine is an antipruritic and anti-inflammatory drug and preferably contains an antihistamic agent, a bactericide and a moistening agent. The liniment is suitably applied to a delicate part of the skin. A liniment receiving the base fabric retaining the medicine every piece of fabric in the packaging bag is preferable. The packaging bag is formed by a laminated film comprising polyethylene terephthalate layer/aluminium foil layer/unstretched polypropylene layer. The method for applying the medicine by directly contacting the base fabric retaining the medicine to the part of body is disclosed.
