PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of understanding of learning by utilizing tests and to facilitate test formation.;SOLUTION: Network addresses are made correspondent by each of questions and the questions are sent from an education sever 2 to terminals 4, 5 and 8 through nets 1 and 6 by using these network addresses. Images to form the requests to these network addresses are displayed at the terminals 4, 5 and 8. The test boxes for inputting answers, etc., are previously formed as parts and question data is formed by using the same. The question data and answer data are separately saved. Composite question data is formed by combining such question data. The network addresses are added to the answer data of students and the check of the answers registered in a data base 3 is made possible by using the network addresses.
