PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, with which an appointment corresponding to the request of a patient can be efficiently made, further, the appointment is made so as not to give dissatisfaction to the patient, cancel is reduced and a patient canceling the appointment without notice can easily visit a clinic again. SOLUTION: A data storage part 6 stores appointment frame data partitioning the date of consultation with unit appointment frames, time zones capable of consulting a doctor and patient data. In a data processing part 5, the time zone capable of consulting is defined as an appointment enable time zone and the other time zone is defined as an appointment disable time zone. On the appointment frame data, the appointment enable time zone and the appointment disable time zone are correspondently displayed on a display while being distinguished and when the patient data are inputted while designating the specified unit appointment frame in the appointment enable time zone, appointment data, in which these patient data and the specified unit appointment frame are made correspondent, are prepared and stored in the data storage part 6. Further, the unit appointment frame made correspondent to the patient data is stored in the data storage part 6 as an appointment registered time frame and afterwards, the data processing part 5 extracts a patient, whose appointment data becomes within a preset fixed period, from the appointment data.
