PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily hold and control settlement information such as a credit card number without dispersively holding and controlling the settlement information such as the credit card number with respective servers.;SOLUTION: A site for settling by using the settlement information comprises a storage device for correspondingly storing user ID and the settlement information, a communication means for executing data communication between the means and a commodity selling site, a readout means for reading the settlement information corresponding to the acquired user ID from the storage device by acquiring the user ID transmitted from the commodity selling site via the communication means, and a settling means for settling a buying commodity by using the read settlement information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
