PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving or maintaining the health of the urogenital organs in female patients, including a method for lowering intravaginal pH, a method for treating urinary tract infectious diseases, a method for treating dry vagina, a method for treating vaginal itch, a method for treating unpleasant vaginismus, a method for treating vaginitis, a method for treating intravaginal yeast or bacterial infectious diseaeses, a method for treating kraurosis, a method for treating the prolapse of cystocele, urethrocele, rectocele or enterocele, a method for treating incontinence of urine or feces, a method for treating unpleasant pollakiuria or micturition urgency, and a method for raising the frequency or intensity of orgasms. SOLUTION: Therapeutically effective amounts of estrogen agonist/antagonist are administered to female patients needing any of the above-mentioned methods.
