PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting morbidity risk of sequential AA-amyloidosis of rheumatoid arthritis and to obtain a new oligonucleotide usable as a probe in the method.;SOLUTION: In this method for the detecting, the morbidity risk of sequential AA-amyloidosis of rheumatoid arthritis is detected by determining whether a base at the-13 of human serum amyloid is thymine or cytosine.
