COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR GENERATING MENU WITHIN LIMIT VALUES WITHOUT TROUBLESOME CALCULATION AND EASILY AND PRECISELY CALCULATING NUTRITION OF FOOD FOR DIET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a menu with desired balance within limit values by a simple operation inputting various conditions such as the selection of a nutrition component value limited when a dietary menu is generated, the balance of breakfast, lunch and dinner and cooking division in respective meals. SOLUTION: The conditions of energy, the value of nutrition components on protein, salt and the like for diet and the balance of one day are previously inputted. Thus, the menu of one day or a designated period, which is desired, is generated by a method by (1) a fully automatic operation, (2) changing a part of the fully automatic operation by a manual operation (3) the manual operation plus the fully automatic operation of the remaining. Then, nutrition is calculated by inputted food used for the cooking when registering a recipe.
