PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a block for a pedestrian and vehicular boundary by mixing and molding aggregate such as volcanic ash, gravel or the like and cement.;SOLUTION: In the concrete block, a material of volcanic ash of a compounding ratio of 5-45 wt.%, other aggregate of the compounding ratio of 35-75 wt.% and cement of the compounding ratio of 10-20 wt.% is kneaded and molded. Volcanic ash is eruptions from Mt.
