PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a diligence information collecting operation.;SOLUTION: Based on the daily state of diligence of an authenticated person controlled by a diligence information DB 6 (person inputted in duty sheet), the daily state of authentication by an authenticating person (supervisor), and diligence information including the information on the closure of the authenticated person and the authenticating person, the applicable persons not inputted are extracted from among the authenticated persons and authenticating persons, a web server 1 and a DB server 2 are formed so that a specified prompting mail can be transmitted to a mail address controlled by personal information DB 5 for the extracted objective personnel, and the prompting mail is transmitted automatically to the authenticated persons and authenticating persons not inputted even at the end of the month. Thus, a load on operation for prompting performed by using a telephone for collecting the diligence information can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
