PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management and support system for negotiable securities information, which supports finance departments in general corporate business, by managing in a unified way wide financial operations, and various data crea tion and management operations performed by financial staff to realize simple, quick and efficient operations.;SOLUTION: When inputting data into an accounting system at a corporate finance department, the same information and data are transmitted to a management operations agency through automatic dialup for each operation and recorded in a special-purpose database of the agency. Information materials necessary for daily, monthly and annual (for an account day) reports are automatically reported and created based on data extracted from the database. In addition, the client corporation may also extract such data at any time.
