PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient portable remote control system that utilizes a portable terminal with high versatility and functions suitable for a user and provides ease of use through its operation menu.;SOLUTION: The portable remote control system is provided with a server unit that stores remote control operation information corresponding to each of remote control operation devices, a mobile remote control terminal that has a transmission section to transmit remote control operation information request data to request remote control operation information corresponding to a selected remote control operation object device in advance to the server unit via a wireless communication means or a public communication channel.
