PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domain model design system for enabling a designer to easily grasp a range to be affected by editing operation while automatically controlling the editing operation to be performed by the designer to satisfy the preset conditions of a design limit.;SOLUTION: The domain model design system 100 for analyzing/designing an object orientation, is provided with a schemer storage part 60 for registering and storing the design limit specifying the contents of performable editing operation to each of definition elements of a domain model, a limit information check part 51 for deciding whether the editing operation of the domain model due to the designer can be performed or not on the basis of the design limit, and an editing limiting part 21 for preventing the relevant editing operation from being accepted when the limit condition check part 51 decides that the editing operation of the domain model due to the designer can not be executed. Then, the limit information check part 51 is provided with a means for deciding the presence/absence of the influence with the editing operation due to the designer in each of definition elements of the domain model on the basis of the design limit registered in the schemer storage part 60.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
