PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle abnormal vibration of a rotary drum due to the clustering of washing in a dehydration process on the machine side without troubling a user. SOLUTION: This rotary washing dehydrating dryer is provided with an imbalance detection means 22 detecting a swing of a rotary drum 10 due to the clustering of the gravity of washing, and a water jet nozzle 31 jetting water toward the rotary drum and, when a control device detects abnormal vibration of the rotary drum by a signal from the imbalance detection means during a dehydration process, water from the water jet nozzle is jetted to the rotary drum to impregnate washing located in the direction opposite to the direction of deviation of the center of gravity and deviation of the center of gravity is restrained by the weight of a liquid with which washing is impregnated.
