PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion supporting method for a retail shop by which frequent visits and purchases are urged to Internet registered members and sales is promoted by adopting an Internet member system in the retail shop.;SOLUTION: This method is provided with a privilege lead-out process for leading out complimentary privileges valid only for the purchase within a fixed period by the respective Internet registered members to be more advantageous as the purchase amount or purchase frequency of a purchase history increases on the basis of the purchase history of the respective Internet registered members to all the Internet registered members in the retail shop or a part of the Internet registered members selected on the basis of a prescribed selection condition and a privilege reporting process for reporting the complimentary privilege led out in the privilege lead-out process through the Internet to the respective Internet registered members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
