PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a makeup product that has simultaneously migration resistance, locomotion resistance, retention, comfortableness, moisture retention and gloss in combination. SOLUTION: The objective beauty makeup product is produced by using a first composition and a second composition wherein the first composition is prepared by combining a dispersion of polymer particles stabilized their surfaces with a stabilizer in a liquid organic phase and pigments in a physiologically acceptable medium and the second composition is prepared by using a second physiologically acceptable medium. This invention further provides a makeup method using these products.
