PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction device capable of miniaturizing a bolt for fitting a traction link, easily fitting the traction link, and stopping any abnormality between the traction link and a truck frame.;SOLUTION: In this traction device of a bolster-less truck for rolling stock, the force in the longitudinal direction applied between the truck and a rolling stock body is transmitted by the traction link 12 for connecting a traction frame 2 fitted to the rolling stock body 1 and the truck frame 3. Fitting parts to the traction link 12 in the traction frame 2 and the truck frame 3 are formed of gradient recessed parts 2a and 3a. A shaft part 13a at both ends of the traction link 12 is of the shape so as to be fitted in the recessed parts 2a and 3a. A traction frame side fitting part in the traction link 12 is extended in the axial direction of the traction link 12, and this extended part 12a and the truck frame 3 constitute an abnormal rise stopper. The traction link and the bolt for coupling the traction frame with the truck frame can be miniaturized, and the workability can be improved.
