PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception/transmission device for assisting an at-home person in shopping for enjoying diversified convenience and use that the at-home person can enjoy when the person goes out shopping actually including refreshing feeling and reception of communication with society and stimuli due to going-out accompanied by shopping as well as shopping while the at-home person stays home, an assistance method by the reception/transmission device, and the sales method for the at-home person.;SOLUTION: When the side of the at-home person prepares a receiver for communicating with a reception/transmission device 1, an assisting person can assist the at-home person in shopping by showing the moving image of a specific shop to the at-home person via a cellular phone 10 and conversing with the at-home person by the reception/transmission device 1 having input/output sections 2, 3, and 4 of the moving image and voice and an interface section 6 for inputting/outputting input/output data into/from the cellular phone 10 to receive/transmit the data by the cellular phone 10.
