PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for disabled people capable of automating pre-requests for assistance, receptions and payments of fee at a variety of facilities and reducing a variety of barriers in being out on the road of disabled people.;SOLUTION: In the system, a control center for support for disabled people to store information on map, road/installation and disabled people to support to the people based on the information, mobile terminals for disabled people with GPS of disabled people who are registered to the center to be supported and installations contracted with the center are connected via a network, and the center comprises a means to control dynamics of the people by cooperating with the GPS of the terminals, a means to receive information on destinations from the terminals and a means to instruct the assistance for the people to the installations as necessary in consideration of the information on road/installation and disabled people when the people access near the installations on the destinations, then the installations equip with means to inform assistance instructions instructed from the center.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
