PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater utilization system making use of a ground structure excellent in water permeability and preventing rainwater from flowing on the surface layer of the ground and the land formation method, and further, a rainwater utilization system using the ground formation method and the ground structure.;SOLUTION: A water reservoir tank in which an intake is disposed in a water retaining layer of the ground structure is embedded in the ground formed of natural soil by using a ground structure constituted of a ground made of natural soil and a water retaining layer made of crushed glass laid on the ground, and a water permeable layer constituted of a mixture of the natural soil laid on the water retaining layer and crushed glass and the ground structure to use rainwater reserved in the reservoir tank, in the rainwater utilization system. The water retaining layer is formed by laying the crushed glass on the ground made of the natural soil and the water permeable layer is formed by spreading the mixture of the natural soil and crushed glass on the water retaining layer, in the land formation method for the ground forming the water permeable layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
