PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preserving cut flowers, capable of maintaining the freshness of the cut flowers for a long time without supplying water in a holding member, and also improving working efficiency from processing the cut flowers to transportation and sales.;SOLUTION: This device for preserving the cut flowers is provided by inserting the cut ends 1a of the cut flower 1 into fibrous virgin pulp absorbing water containing a nutrient and disinfectant in a water-retaining bag.
