PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high accurate temperature control for making into a decided solid-phase ratio in order to form a large-sized extremely thin case in an aluminum-made precise injection molded product. SOLUTION: The case for holding an aluminum billet, is provided and a plurality of thermocouples are embedded in this case and the temperature is accurately measured with these thermocouples and the induction molding power is accurately controlled to obtain a semisolidified state having the prescribed solid-phase ratio.
