PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for broadcasting sound information by different media and a storage medium storing a program for broadcasting sound information by different media which can deliver a sound file of an electronic mail irrespective of the terminal type such as an electronic mail terminal, a facsimile terminal, a telephone terminal or the like, of which communication protocols are different. SOLUTION: Sound information including a sound file and voice of a telephone terminal is accumulated in a network once. The sound information is converted to an information form which can be reproduced according to the delivery type of a delivery destination device. The information is delivered in the converted form by using a protocol of the delivery destination device.
