PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support quality control system construction by connecting a service center having the mechanism of ISO 9000 series quality control system construction with the terminal (contractor terminal) of a company using it through an information communication network.;SOLUTION: The service center 1, having the mechanism of the ISO 9000 series quality control system construction, is connected to the contractor terminal 3 being the using company through the information communication network 6, and various data about the construction of the quality control system of the contractor are registered from the terminal 3 by utilizing the homepage, etc., of the service center 1.
