SOLUTION: In this gas turbine cogeneration system of small capacity comprising a gas turbine 1, a generator 5, a compressor 2, a combustor 4, and an exhaust heat recovery boiler 6, and supplying the high temperature turbine exhaust gas G1 from the gas turbine 1 to the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6, a steam supply passage 13 having a steam control valve 14 is mounted to supply a part S3 of the steam S1 produced in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 to the combustor 4, and an opening of the steam control valve 14 is adjusted corresponding to the thermal load 8 of the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 to control a thermo-electric ratio Q of the system output.
