A computer program for an eye depth perception test method comprises a personal data entry form for recording statistical information of a subject to be tested in a personal data step of the program where the statistical information keyed is to a specific personal identification number. The computer program further comprises an algorithm to draw a cubic space upon a display screen in a display step, the algorithm drawing a first image at a first random location within the cubic space and a second image at a second random location within the cubic space in an image selection step, the program then permitting the subject to be tested for depth perception to move the first image and the second image toward convergence in the center of the cubic space.
