A structure of multilayer micro plastic film and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the invention refers to a multilayer micro film containing a degradable polymer layer and a thermoplastic PVC layer. These materials may include filler materials, limiting sincclater, metal oxidant, metal hydroxide, metal carbonate, metal sulfate, calcium carbonate, clay, alumina, titanium dioxide, rubber powder, rubber latex, powder, wood powder, nitric acid powder, acrylic acid powder.Or a mixture of the two. Multilayer microfilm may be formed in a mixing process. These mini brain multifunctional films can be used in personal hygiene products, including but not limited to beehives, adult incontinence products, female health absorbents, study underpants, disposable clothes and bandages.
