A system of polyisocyanurate is a polyol Component and an isocyanate Component,In which the polyol Component comprises a polyol seleccionadoa from a group consisting of a Polyether polyol having a functionality of about 2 to about 6 and a MaSa molecular Approximately 300 - 6000, and Polyester polyol, and a catalyst capable of initiating the reaction with a urethane and also with a rigid.A process for preparing a compound deextrusion Stretch Fiber Reinforced polyisocyanurate Polymer Curing comprises: (a) Enter continuously through a Fibre Matrix ImpregnationFeed on; (b) a polyol component which has a catalyst capable of initiating the reaction with unuretano and also start with a lareaccion isocyanurate,An isocyanate Component and a Static Mixer to produce a mixture of polyisocyanurate reaction and Feed the Reaction mixture for the Matrix Impregnation; (c) contacting LFibers with the mixture precursor Impregnation in the House for a period of time and at a sufficient temperature to cause substantial polymerization of the Reaction mixture in the ChamberMara Impregnation to produce Compound Fibers coated by the mixture of polyisocyanurate reaction; (d) Lead Compound coated Fibers through a Matrix curadocalenTada for at least partially cure the Reaction mixture to produce a polyisocyanurate MATRIX COMPOSITE reinforced polyisocyanurate confibra Solid; and (e) remove the cured CompoundFrom The Matrix.
